At Holded, we evolve with you, with your business. So we would like to know what you think we can improve on to make your life easier.

Be able to quickly import payroll PDFs

Currently, if someone has 30 employees, they must upload 30 PDF documents and also to be able to bring the payroll history to Holded. It could be identified by the NIF of the file name

Be able to delete folders from the document section

To be able to have the action of deleting and having it ask you if you want to delete all the documents that contain it. If so, make a soft delete (so that it appears in the trash)

Be able to generate payroll from Holded

To be able to generate and calculate payroll from Holded, manage the work part

Report on holidays, days worked, excused absences..

Have a report with all the information together so as not to remove it from different different reports. For example, if I have 23 business days, indicate this information in the employee or analytical form: Worked days: 19 Vacation days: 2 Days of excused absences (moving): 1 Holidays: 1 Total hours worked (calculated on the platform): 161.5 hours

Add annual summary of hours worked

Have an annual summary in the report of hours worked per employee to be able to carry out annual workday checks faster.

Allow you to choose for which employees you want the pro team feature

Sometimes not all employees need the features of pro equipment. For example, partners. Allow you to choose which employees need the features of pro equipment and that only these employees are paid for.

Being able to add custom fields to employees

Just as they exist for contacts, being able to have these for employees. These fields should be exportable to excel/pdf.

Differentiate approved and unapproved absences in the calendar

Shift management

Be able to define the time of arrival and departure of employees. This way, upload your team's schedule and be able to compare it with the time records created by them.
