At Holded, we evolve with you, with your business. So we would like to know what you think we can improve on to make your life easier.

To be able to have the same actions with 'services' as with 'products.

Have a code that appears on the invoice, be able to add notes, files, buyer reports, price rates, etc. If you need to perform these actions, the recommendation for now would be to create the services as if they were Holded products (without stock management) and add a 'tag' to recognize them.

API purchase slips

Be able to obtain, create and edit purchase slips via API.

Volume discount

Be able to apply automatic discounts based on the number of units added to an order.

To be able to display the 'tracking' information for delivery notes and sales orders, on the customer portal

In this way, we allow our customers to have more information about shipping from Holded's own customer portal.

Be able to convert budgets into recurring invoices

That you could go from a budget to a recurring bill. Currently, you can only convert it to a normal invoice, which means that you have to manually make the recurring invoice.

Be able to download the Excels for product updates by families/categories

Be able to download the Excels for updating products by families/categories to make it easier to manage the update of products when you have thousands.
