To be able to create the type of RMA document in Holded for the return of products.
A document called authorization. It indicates the customer's name, the product that is defective, the serial number and the description of the problem. This generates a PDF that is sent to the customer as an RMA authorization.
The customer attaches that document with the defective product, sends them to them and the moment they receive it, they make an entry of that RMA (it is registered).
Upon receipt, the product is valued. There are three variants: it may be that it is defective under warranty (in this case, the customer is given a new replacement), that it is not faulty (that is, that it is tested and really is OK) or that it is defective but not under warranty (the customer has to buy a new product).
