You can drag the order of the variants to any position in the Variant Groups section. This order must be automatically modified in the product sheet.

En nuestro caso sería imprescindible que, al menos, las opciones dentro de las categorías se ordenasen alfabéticamente. Actualmente lo hacen por fecha de creación y no es muy intuitivo para asignarlas al crear productos nuevos.
