By adding a line with shipping cost to the order/invoice/delivery note, you are indicating it as if it were just another product when it really isn't.
Ideally, it could be parameterized so that this cost would vary depending on weight or others.

Exacto, y parametrizar según el proveedor, añadir un coste distinto por envió según proveedor, ya que un presupuesto/pedido/factura/albarán de un cliente siempre tiene distintos proveedores.
Ya que muchos de los proveedores cuando les haces un pedido de X€, los gastos de envió varían o son gratis, poder reflejarlo tanto en el contacto del proveedor / gastos, como en el presupuesto/pedido/factura/albarán hacia el cliente.
