This would allow the creation of a personalized role for increasing expenses to the scanner (through the Holded app or from the platform) as well as the accounting interpretation of the document.
This improvement would have several use cases.
On the one hand, allowing employees to record their own expenses but not be able to access the rest of the company's or other users' expenses.
On the other hand, allowing administrative staff to increase the company's expenses and interpret them but without access to the company's total expenses.
Currently, to give access to the Scanner, a custom role with full access to the shopping section would have to be added.
